What we keep,
and why.

The quote form

If you request a quote through this website, we keep what you fill in: your name, your company, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the location and your message. We only use that to respond to your request and, if we work together, for the job itself. We do not send you a newsletter and we do not pass your details on to anyone.

The client portal

If we work for you, you can log in with your email address and a code we give you. We record when you last logged in, so we know whether you have seen the footage. We can withdraw or replace that code at any time.

Footage

If you are recognisable in something we publish and you do not want to be, let us know. We will remove it or make you unrecognisable.

This website

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising networks. The fonts and scripts are hosted on this website itself, so your browser does not fetch anything from Google or other parties. Only on the Maps and site plans page does your browser fetch the base map from PDOK, the map service of the Dutch government. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address for security.

How long

We keep requests that do not lead to a job no longer than necessary. Data from a job is kept as long as the law requires for the accounts: seven years.

Your rights

You can always ask which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Email [email protected]; you will get an answer within a month. If we cannot resolve it together, you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
