Aerial imaging and inspections
The overview
you miss from the ground.
Your property, your site or your building project from above, in 4K photo and video. For your website, a sale or a site plan. Or to take a close look at a roof, gutter or facade, without scaffolding or a cherry picker.
What you get
Photo and video in one flight.
We fly a fixed round: an orbit around your building, a flyover across the site and photos from fixed points. That gives you footage for your website, your brochure and your social media in one go.
- Photos and video in 4K, edited and ready to use
- Orbit, flyover or fixed points to compare later
- Close-ups of a roof, gutter or facade for an inspection
- Landscape and vertical, for your website and social media
- Everything in your own client portal, to view and download
The orbit
Scroll,
and the drone flies along.
One circle around your building shows in a single shot where it is, how big it is and what surrounds it.
Who it is for
From building site to farmyard.
- Real estateShow what comes with a home or commercial property: the garden, the location, the neighbourhood.
- ConstructionRecord progress from the same points, so you can compare month after month.
- AgricultureYour yard, your barns and your land in one shot, for a presentation or a permit.
- InspectionsA roof, gutter or facade up close, so a specialist can see what needs doing.
Price
One flight, one fixed price.
The starting price covers one location: photos and video from one flight, edited and delivered. If the drone comes back regularly, for example to follow a building project, we make a fixed arrangement for that.
Questions
Good to know.
Can you fly anywhere?
No, and we check that in advance. Near airports, over nature reserves and over people, restrictions apply. We check the airspace before every flight, and where permission is needed, we apply for it.
How high can the drone fly?
Under the European rules in the open category, up to 120 metres above the ground. For most buildings and sites that is plenty.
Can you inspect a roof or facade?
Yes. We fly close along the roof, gutter or facade and capture everything sharply. You or your specialist then judge from the footage what needs doing.
Can you capture the same spot again later?
Yes, from the same points and at the same height. That way you see the progress of a building project or how a site changes over time.
What if the weather does not cooperate?
We do not fly in too much wind or rain. We watch the forecast in the days before and move the flight to a better day in consultation with you.
