Drenthe has a lot of nature, and you notice that in the airspace. We check in advance what is allowed at your location. Where permission is needed, we apply for it.
- In the north lies Groningen Airport Eelde, with a control zone where you only fly with permission
- The Drents-Friese Wold, the Dwingelderveld, the Drentsche Aa and the Bargerveen are Natura 2000 areas
- At a holiday park we watch out for guests on camera, and pick a quiet moment
- We only take off and land with permission from whoever owns the ground

Can you film a holiday park or campsite?
Yes. From above you show where the park is and what it has, and with an FPV flight you take viewers past the reception, the pool and the cottages. We pick a moment with few guests, and take care with who is recognisable on camera.
Can you fly a drone near Eelde?
Around Groningen Airport Eelde there is a control zone. There you only fly with permission and after coordination with air traffic control. Tell us the address and we will find out what is possible.
Can you fly over the Dwingelderveld or the Drents-Friese Wold?
Those areas are Natura 2000, and extra rules apply there so as not to disturb wildlife. Often we then choose a spot at the edge, or a different moment. We look at what is possible for each job.
What does it cost to hire a drone in Drenthe?
